  Great staff helped me switch to Sprint from my old carrier. Super helpful! They had answers to all my questions and knew their business. Very refreshing!

  Tried to go to this store to do a simple phone number flip. As I was explaining what needed done, they looked at me like I was crazy. Proceeded to do EXACTLY what I said I did NOT want done. I demanded my phones back, and came to the corporate store on 7th. The Pioneer Parkway store has NEVER been able to do what I required. But the 7th st store people always understand exactly what I want and manage to take care of everything without any stupified looks. The only reason I went to the Pioneer store is because its less than 2 miles from my house. I will NEVER make that mistake again. Also, after going to the store downtown, I was informed that the store on pioneer is NOT A CORPORATE STORE. They are an "authorized seller" only, and not only do they NOT have the training the corporate employees do, they don't have access to the same deals or promotions. They couldn't even access the transactions that took place at the corporate store the day before; they tried telling me none of the changes had even really happened. Seriously. Drive the extra few miles to go to the 7th St corporate store… you will not regret it.
