  Basically, a very good place to have prescriptions filled because the pharmacists will go out of their way to make sure that you receive your medications, including calling the doctor AGAIN but only at your request. Be aware that it is a small pharmacy which doesn't stock everything, especially drugs prescribed for conditions like Parkinson's disease which I do have. I find that it is wiser to call a week before my meds run out to order them and then to follow it up with calling them back after just 24 hours to make sure that my doctor's office has responded to their requests for refills (which they are only allowed to place once in a two day period to your doctor). More times than not, it has been my doctor's office which caused the delay by not responding back to the pharmacy's calls or fax within the two day period. Otherwise, after dealing with that kind of trip-up, I have never had to wait in line for very long or wait for more than 10 minutes, if the drugs were there but not yet bottled up and labeled for me. And they have never been rude to me even when I deserved it after all. Be considerate - take some responsibility by using your own power to get things moving. Be patient - it is a retail store after all, go shopping while waiting, pick up some band-aids on sale that you keeping forgetting to buy elsewhere.
