  My boyfriend and I walked into the store on their grand opening under their new name "Mattress Firm" today. We explained that we would be in the market for a new bed within the next year and we just checking out prices. the Salesman quickly turned annoyed and went to tell another salesman. They whispered amongst themselves and then loudly stated "If you're just a window shopper, why the hell are you in the store." They chuckled for a bit and starred at us mockingly. So we promptly turned to leave. The other salesman then continuously badgered us all the way out door that if we're going to buy a bed there's no point in looking, that we should just buy now. It was a terrible sales experience with a team of salespeople that lack all respect for their customers. Needless to say, we will never step foot in that store again

  We got our mattress on time within the window that was outlined, however there were a couple very frustrating issues. For one we did the lease option. We picked our equipment and went on our way. The day before delivery we were told the needed a 59.00 fee before they would deliver. I'm not sure why this wasn't outlined In the lease agreement and felt weird paying for something that I didn't know it was going to but I did. Then the bed comes...with a broken frame. I called my sales person whose name was Austin I believe and says he'll have a new one out on tuesday. Well here Tuesday is and I've had no communication. I called and said it wouldn't be here until the 24th. No explanation. Hopefully it will actually be here the 24th.
