  Horrible! I couldn’t be more frustrated with my experience at M Jacobs. The only people willing to help you is your sales person, so if they’re not in your out of luck. No one ever returned my calls, not even the manager, who I spoke with on several occasions and was always giving me the run around on my order. It took 9 months for my order to come in and the quality is so cheap. If I thought I could get away with returning it all I would but it’s not even worth the battle to me at this point. I will never give them my business again.
