  Love JoAnn's stores as far as supply but the particular visit I had in the Springfield OR store this last time was not good. It was around the holidays so somewhat of a wait was to be expected, there were about 5 of us in line waiting while the only available clerk was helping a customer with some long, drawn out process. My main issues with this clerk were not only the ridiculously long wait but more importantly her attitude towards myself and the other customers waiting. There was absolutely NO acknowledgment of us. Not even so much as a glance in our direction. After waiting an extremely long time, I put my item down and walked out, as did some of the others. It is so rare for me to give a negative review but in this case I feel like I have no choice but to be honest about the terrible customer service I received on that particular visit.
